What you’ll be called: Marketing Manager

We are looking for an analytical Marketing Manager passionate about developing and executing technology marketing plans for Keller Williams Realty, the world’s largest real estate company committed to creating disruptive technology for agents and consumers. 

A member of our fast-moving, highly dynamic Marketing and Communications Department, our ideal Marketing Manager speaks in numbers—using data and analytics to tell the story and guide decision making. You are inquisitive and constantly seek to better understand both the product you are promoting and the audience you are reaching. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create the strategy to drive adoption of KW technology, serving as the liaison between the Marketing and Communications Department creative team and the Technology Team.
  • Lead planning meetings and drive the overall marketing strategy development appropriate for attaining sales goals and adoption numbers, coordinating all related tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Develop the communication plan to proactively provide updates regarding sales, adoption, registration goals, etc.
  • Research, benchmark and develop launch plans designed to support goals of the Technology Team, considering target audience, key benefit statements, co-promotional opportunities, budget and timing needs.
  • Approach challenges or roadblocks with creative problem solving.
  • Work strategically with other marketing team members to collaborate and determine product priority and effective communication strategy for KW associates.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products offered to Keller Williams associates from individual internal clients and effectively communicate this knowledge to other members of MarCom team and KW associates.
  • Research and develop creative briefs/writers briefs for use in communicating project scope and requirements to internal and external creative resources.
  • Develop various types of copy including but not limited to web copy, email campaigns, newsletter article and print collateral.

Knowledge/Skills: 

  • Three to seven years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Advertising agency, internal marketing department or technology company experience preferred.
  • Quantifiable experience meeting or exceeding goals through marketing strategy.
  • Proven ability to gather, distill and present information for the use of communicating to appropriate audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deadline driven and goal oriented.
  • Exhibits strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Relationship builder and strategic thinker.
  • Ability to both work independently and be part of a fast-paced team.
  • Bachelor's degree
