What will you do?

Our Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with internal clients (recruiting team, HR, and hiring managers) and external candidates to create a positive, memorable interview process & overall experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help us expand our amazing culture build an organization full talented people.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the Career Visioning / Interview for our  priority Product and Engineering position positions and being the candidate’s ambassador throughout the process including managing their onsite interviews.  In addition, you’ll also work on key Tech Recruiting and People Operations projects that enable the Talent Team to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Support Tech Recruiting function with recruiting process that includes: scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates when needed, reserving conference rooms, etc
  • Create a positive candidate experience through professional communication and coordination of the Career Visioning process for priority positions
  • Referral ambassador: Work with Talent Partners to manage all incoming referrals, follow-up and referral status communication
  • Organize and distribute employment-related correspondence; e.g., applications, forms, defense packets
  • Post new positions and refresh content on external job sites and career boards
  • Review resumes, manage talent pipelines and maintain up to-date candidate status in applicant tracking system
  • Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in CareerPlug ATS and producing ad hoc recruiting reports
  • Create and maintain candidate communication templates in CareerPlug
  • Assist with pre-screening candidates and recruiting projects as needed
  • Update progress of recruiting goals in recruiting spreadsheets or tools
  • Perform various administrative duties that support the  recruitment function.
  • Participate on process development and process improvement teams.
  • Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with creation and execution of Tech Recruiting events calendar
  • Have fun, make an impact and change people’s lives

 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
  • Previous internship or part-time work experience in Recruiting, Event Coordination or Administrative Support a huge plus
  • Detail-focused with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple positions and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to solve problems and make proactive recommendations
  • Flexible with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Microsoft Office proficiency a plus
  • Responsible with a high level of confidentiality
  • Driven, yet humble with a strong desire to learn and grow
